Series 7: Prep School and Amalgamation Issues, 1960 - 1994
This series contains documents relating the study of prep schools in the Synod, especially as it related to the Northwestern Campus. Included are reports, statistics, and correspondence related to the Prep School Study Committee, Northwestern Lutheran Academy in Mobridge, SD, and Martin Luther Preparatory School in Prairie du Chien, WI. The series also contains documents relating to amalgamation and the eventual closing of the college and move to Martin Luther College in New Ulm, MN.

This series consists of newspaper clippings from the local Prairie du Chein Courier Press regarding the purchase of the Campion campus, the creation and dedication of MLPS, various events that took place during MLPS’ history and the closing of the school in 1995.
