Koehler's Index: 237. 1858, October 15, sent from Watertown by Bading to Muehlhaeuser. Muehlhaeuser soll nach Watertown kommen oder Streissguth senden. Die von Wagner getrennten Leute haben auch den Grund angegeben, dass Wagner die Wisconsiner als Rotte bezeichnet. Bading weiss nicht ob er das als Trennungsgrund gelten lassen kann.

(Muehlhaeuser is to come to Watertown or send Streissguth. The people separated from Wagner have also given the reason that Wagner refers to the Wisconsin people as Rotte. Bading does not know whether he can accept this as a reason for separation.)
