Wisconsin würde die konservativen Sinn stärken. Schlägt Borchard vor auf Mann’s Empfehlung. Der spricht auch von Ric einen Africanmissionar, jetzt in Philadelphia.

(Encouraged union with Illinois in spite of movement in the north portion of the synod. Wisconsin would strengthen the conservative sense. Proposes Borchard on Mann's recommendation. He also speaks of Ric an African missionary, now in Philadelphia.)
