Das Schreiben soll auf der Synode ihn vertreten, wenn er da noch einmal vorgeladen und verurteilt werden sollte, wie auf der Konferenz by Braun.

(Defends himself against charges against 4 heresies: Napoleon, infant baptism, exorcism, chiliasm. The letter is intended to represent him at the synod if he should be summoned and sentenced again, as at the Braun conference.)
