Abstract This series contains correspondence, meeting minutes and notes, district mission board materials, district convention materials and other items related to the Minnesota District.

Scope and Contents Records consist of COP meeting agendas and meeting minutes from 1948-1989. Agendas and minutes are included from both regular COP meetings held throughout the year and assignment committee meetings held each May to assign pastor and teacher graduates. A detailed index of the various topics discussed at COP meetings is included.
