This series consists of reports, correspondence and other documents regarding District Mission Stations, Evangelism & New Mission Ideas, Finances, Inservice Seminars, Lapeer Region Work, Metro-Detroit Outreach Work, Mission Counselors, Soul Conservation, Statistical Reports and other official business of the Michigan District Mission Board in conjunction with the General Board for Home Missions (WELS). Files associated with this series are file numbers 100-110.
Series 12: Documents on Synodical Financial Dealings, 1935 - 1944
This series consists of correspondence, reports and other documents dealing with the financial plans and problems of the WELS in the immediate post-Depression era. The most notable portion of the series is two files on the debt retirement of the WELS between 1935 and 1943. Also included are files on the self-insurance plan and the pension plan.

Series 13: Documents on Unionism and Fellowship Issues, 1936 - 1956
This series consists of correspondence, reports, essays and other documents dealing with unionism and fellowship issues that arose during and after Brenner’s presidency. One interesting file contains a large number of requests for the WELS to join in national or world ecumenical endeavors. Brenner’s responses are quite clear. Most notably are a large file on unionism problems and also one on scouting.

Series 14: Buildings, 1905 - 1995
This series contains documents relating to the buildings on campus. Much of the material relates to the building programs and includes correspondence, proposals, plans, bids, and receipts. There are also programs for events such as groundbreaking and dedication ceremonies. The files are sorted by the building projects.
