Scope and Contents
This series contains documents pertaining to the first two conventions of the CELC: its constituting convention in Germany in 1993, and its second convention in Puerto Rico in 1996. Included are registration forms for participants in both conferences, information on each of the conventions, brief delegate biographies, and a photo album from the constituting convention of 1993. Also included are records, minutes, and essays from the CELC European Regional Meeting held in Sweden in 1995.
