Scope and Contents This series contains documents pertaining to the first two conventions of the CELC: its constituting convention in Germany in 1993, and its second convention in Puerto Rico in 1996. Included are registration forms for participants in both conferences, information on each of the conventions, brief delegate biographies, and a photo album from the constituting convention of 1993. Scope and Contents This series contains extensive correspondence relating to the founding and initial conventions of the CELC. The majority of the correspondence in this series was written by or addressed to Professor Wilbert Gawrisch, the first president of the CELC.
