Related Materials

Koehler's Index: 557. 1861, October 4, sent from Fond du Lac by Böhner to Bading.

(Don't know yet if he should go to Lebanon. Must first hear from his wife, who cannot take care of cows and pigs any more than he can. Must first find out more about Wetzel. Nothing ever becomes Fond du Lac. All the scoundrels of Germany seem to have gathered there. He has put his entire salary into clothes since November, 1860 ($70.00).)
