This series consists of correspondence, reports and other documents dealing with three of the synodical schools, the calling of professors and giving offerings for synodical schools. Specific schools are Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary, Northwestern College and Northwestern Lutheran Academy.

This series consists of reports, correspondence, notes and other documents pertaining to the 1993 Synod Convention, the Michigan District Council and the Flint Circuit Mission Committee. Files associated with this series are file numbers 30-33.

This series contains documents relating to the accreditation process of the College. The majority of the files deal with the step-by-step process that led to the college being accredited by the North Central Association (NCA) in 1985. Also included in this series are self-study reports and information on Faculty Development.

This series contains documents relating the study of prep schools in the Synod, especially as it related to the Northwestern Campus. Included are reports, statistics, and correspondence related to the Prep School Study Committee, Northwestern Lutheran Academy in Mobridge, SD, and Martin Luther Preparatory School in Prairie du Chien, WI. The series also contains documents relating to amalgamation and the eventual closing of the college and move to Martin Luther College in New Ulm, MN.
